Clay County Jail - Hannig Construction, Inc. constructed the new state of the art detention facility which was completed in 2005. Construction of this facility took approximately 16 months. The project consists of approximately 48,200 sf of administrative and detention spaces. Inmate cells were provided by Pauly Jail Company and manufactured by Steel Cell. The project also features an Airvac waste management system which allows inmate areas to be systematically shut down for searches of detention areas.

PROJECT ACCOLADES

The construction of this complex, multi-million dollar project was handled in an upmost professional manner.

The lines of communication between the contractor and this office were established early in the project and the turn-around time for questions and answers was minimal and were clear, concise and complete.

This contractor went above and beyond what is normally expected with regards to suggesting alternative means, methods or product changes that would result in cost savings to the owner.

This office would have no issues with working with Hannig Construction on future projects and look forward to doing so.
