Troy L. Biddle
President

Troy Biddle has been with Hannig Construction, Inc. since 1988. His Clients have included Eli Lilly & Co., MasterGuard Corporation, Pfizer, Alcan Rolled Products, AET (formerly Hercules), PSI Energy, Casey Tool & Machine Co., St. Mary-of-the-Woods College, Indiana State University, Casey First Church of the Nazarene and others. In 1997, he received the Associated General Contractors of Indiana "Excellence in Team Building Award" for his work at the MasterGuard Corp. in Veedersburg, Indiana. He has recently completed two State of the Art Correction Facilities in Clay County and Knox County Indiana.  Troy has been involved in many of the labor negotiations with the general construction trade unions in the Terre Haute area.  Troy has served on the Board of Directors at AGC of Indiana and on the Board of Directors for the Associated Building Contractors in Terre Haute.  Troy graduated with a B.S. Degree in Business Administration from St. Joseph's College, Rensselaer, Indiana, and previously worked for Kettlehut Construction, Lafayette.

Paul Ryan
Controller

Paul Ryan joined Hannig in 2003.  He is responsible for overseeing the entire range of financial activities for both Hannig Construction and CADD Consulting & Design Services, Inc., including developing and maintaining all Company accounting functions, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, equipment rental, and job costing as well as establishing accounting systems and implementing accounting standards and procedures based on contractual requirements.  Paul received his B.S. Degree in Accounting  from Indiana University in 1983 and was previously employed with Wabash Valley Asphalt Company.

Cory M. Biddle
Vice President

Cory Biddle received his B.S. Degree in Construction Technology from Indiana State University and joined HCI full time in 1993 as Project Engineer. He is a member of the Associated General Contractors of Indiana Statewide Safety Committee and the Future Leaders Organization. Cory's Clients include Indiana State University, Pfizer, Old National Bank, Vigo Co. School Corp., Bemis Co., Heartland Steel, Tredegar Film Products, Eli Lilly & Co., Cinergy and others.

Jason D. Jones
Project Manager

Jason Jones began his employment at HCI in 1997 as a member of the Estimating Department, Jason currently functions as a Project Manager.  He received his B.S. Degree in Construction Technology from Indiana State University in 1996 and previously worked with E.H. Montgomery Construction in Vincennes, Indiana.  Jason has completed such projects as the Landsbaum Center for Medical Education, Providence Diagnostic Center, Arcola High School Addition/Renovation, Marshall Illinois High School Addition/Renovation, a new Medical Office Building located at Crawford Memorial Hospital in Robinson, Illinois and Renovations to Crawford Memorial Hospital.

Steve Maher
Project Manager
Prior to joining Hannig Construction, Steve owned his own construction company for six years building a variety of commercial projects. He joined Hannig in 1991 as Field Superintendent and has since constructed projects for the Indiana Air National Guard, U.S. Department of the Navy, Clay County Commissioners, Vigo County Commissioners, Central Illinois Public Service, Pfizer, Eli Lilly, Weston Paper, Marathon Oil, Metropolitan School District of Wayne Township, Indiana State University, Old National Bank and National Wine & Spirits. He has over 25 years construction experience.
Judy Bledsoe
Staff Accountant

Judy Bledsoe joined HCI/CCI as Staff Accountant in 1999. She is responsible for payroll, accounts payable, and job costing. She earned her B.S. Degree in Business Education from the University of Southern Indiana. Prior to working at HCI/CCI, she worked for W.A. Neil, MD as a bookkeeper, technician, and insurance specialist.

Trish Greene
Office Manager

Trish Greene is HCI's Office Manager. Previously with Terre Haute First National Bank Trust Dept., Trish has been with HCI since 1999. Trish handles daily project management correspondence including submittals, contracts, bid invitations, bid form preparation, computer network administration and various other activities. Trish serves as assistant to the President and Vice President of Operations. She received her training from the Administrative Office Assistant Program at Ivy Tech, Terre Haute, and from the Legal Assistant Program at NRI in Washington, DC.
